The last six years of dealing with both EQC & general Insurers advocating for both residential & commercial clients, with major earthquake claims has been very busy and hugely rewarding.

Now born from an ongoing desire to continue to help our fellow Cantabrians through these years of very trying times.

We have identified further and a very real need here to help the still thousands of people who have had questionable repairs carried out that are clearly not up to standard and clearly do not meet either the policy standard ,statute or the Building Act & Code.

​Coupled now with second tier buyers who have purchased homes that were supposed to have been repaired were they now find the appropriate repairs were either not completed or indeed not completed at all.

Advocating either on their behalf with the Earthquake Commission or their Insurance company to bring their homes up to pre earthquake standard, in pursuit of protecting their biggest asset and its market value.
